Watching, sitting, waiting it out rather resolute
Serendipitous might just be nice right this very minute
A slice of utter delight coursing on up inside
When we got to touch the fair cornerstone of both our heady beings – smiling all kinds of everything
A mile or ten wide
Pride something or other endlessly smothered
I take your hand and write ’til setting aflame these stories all over again
When we just could not remember a time far less able
Parade everything and anything
Sing if you want, amount to something
One way will do just fine – I’m doing more than alright, slipping rather wonderfully all in your pretty honour
I ponder you this, however, when oh when shall I place a hardened ring upon that manicured finger of yours
Perhaps we let it linger awhile
Ah, there’s that smile again…
