These walks through crowds of people can be rather vicious for an ocd sufferer. No explanation as to why is necessary just that, well, it can become hectic for a somewhat… jumpy mind. It’s all par for the course and just a thing you have to go through. Now, for most people this isn’t even a problem, I am sure. Well, some people like crowds of people about, some won’t. That’s just how it is, I suppose. But this is just entirely to do with the ocd. It’s like firecrackers going off in your head which does actually make some sort of sense because, well, that’ll be the imbalance jumping all of the more from the noise whilst, meanwhile, you look for comfort of mind again. You might seem quiet and maybe even a little down in yourself. But that too is just the need to stay calm. That’s it. It’s tricky, it’s oftentimes mentally unbearable and it is most certainly not fair. For the amount an ocd sufferer might put it, the get-back can be frightfully tiny. You know that saying, one step forward, three steps back. Maybe pull all of the steps back. And way, way back. That’s how it will feel in a mental instance. It’s… mind-boggling and utterly… ridiculous really. It’s everything and it is UTTERLY nothing. It’s… ocd 🤷‍♂️ 😊
