These eyes, where everything was
Incredible; ludicrous enticement, sniffer-dog heaven
Every single man couldn’t but, taken away in the mere blink of an eye
Motor-mouths – silence came over them all
Then she had to choose just who got to watch these windows every other day
And night
Shutting closed her metaphorical blinds to contemplate this for a moment, she backed on into the room of her mind for a while
Leant on up and turned the bulb – little tweaks up inside – until she knew
No screw loose here, or so it seemed
Now I see a ‘cleaner’ by that very window, eyes all of their own accord
Clearly looking to intrude
