I guess with the ocd you’re really trying to let bygones be bygones – and by that what I mean is that you have to really just accept it, accept what happens, and continue on. Now, it’s not like… living with your errors, or mistakes, or regrets. For an ocd sufferer, really all of that will’Ve been superseded by the mental manipulation of their imbalanced brain. The utter… yeah, just that thing, the imbalance. To call that way of living difficult to handle is quite akin to calling what the sufferers of the Holocaust went through… a tricky ordeal. Comparisons are important for those who might end up needing to show them to their family or others who are trying to care for them. But it’s the imbalance that is so very… complex. It takes your brain on a rollercoaster ride, a ride that won’t let you sleep, won’t let you smile, even won’t let you breath. Depends on the level and hostility of the theme, or themes, your brain might latch onto. NOTHING is a no go area, really. No two ways, this particular mental illness is… utterly unforgiving. Utterly… mammoth, and utterly… life-altering. It’s not for the feint of heart, that’s for certain. It’s quite possibly only ever gonna be ‘suited to’, let’s say, those who know precisely what their minds are utterly worth above all else ✌️ 😃 Here’s to the ocd-heads out there. In it together and all the way 💓 ye all know who ye are xxx
