I really cannot explain why today, for example, I have written about, hmm… seven poem-pieces at pace, let’s call it, and simultaneously my brain believed ALL DAY, still kinda does, in fact, that disaster was gonna happen, IS gonna happen. That’s fine, that’s OCD, but what isn’t mentioned, or measured, by anyone else is the actual level of mental disorder occurring and at any given time with an OCD sufferer. Way I see it, anybody who tries to truly explain the depths of their mental issues to anyone else can never really fully get to explain the strength of mental anguish occurring. So, what do I do on that score with my OCD? Stop trying to explain it, Brian. It’s all too clear it’s an illness to anyone else but myself and, well, as per usual I’ve really gotta work with this. But, again, you are sitting with a hugely imbalanced brain until, well, it doesn’t feel so very ludicrously imbalanced anymore 😥 Your most important job is being able to somehow get yourself to trust and work with a brain which may have never even been properly balanced in the first place at all 😊
