You’re talking about literally letting it ALL BE RIGHT THERE- inside of your imbalanced mind and attempting to wreak absolute havoc and all the time. Well, I reckon that last part will have been owing to having had chaotic and chronic OCD since the age of eleven years, for me. That’s… unthinkable, actually. Not worth mentioning the utter, UTTER discombobulation process. Would I call it a process, actually? Hell no. It was… … anyhow. All that people will ever need to know is that I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and that I have to battle with its elements event single day of my life. I can calm it, have in fact managed at calming it. However, as I have undoubtedly stated before. The only real way to combat the OCD is to… not have it ruling over your wandering and distracted mind in ANY WAY WHATSOEVER. There are no plaudits necessary for me with this. Just the UTTER need for understanding on people’s parts. I have a little note in my wallet saying, “I have OCD. Please respect that fact.” Or something along those lines anyway. So, yeah… maybe it might always have to kinda be baby steps as I go. A calmer approach, etc. No alcohol, plenty of running and plenty of soccer. Just to, well, keep myself distracted because, with this particular mental disorder/diagnosis- and it IS certainly that particular thing, disorderly – you do need to be distracting yourself. And it will get scary, but you NEED TO LET IT ALL FALL AWAY 😃
