So nice today. Bumped into Tadhg Cotter and he told me that I was an invaluable presence to the town, for him. I know that’s ridiculously high praise and I’m not taking it to my head or anything but, in truth, it is just lovely and caring for me to be told such a thing. Enjoyed coffee with him on Saturday for his 67th beeday. An honour actually. A lovely man who, as his sister Mary says, really carries himself in many ways like most people should try and learn to do. That was also lovely to say, from her 😃 Happy out. Called into the Tennysons a little earlier and had the craic with them all as always. Such a cool and caring and lovely family and really good friends too 😃 Home for dinner and watching telly upstairs now
