I know deep-down it will most probably take something of a miracle-of-mind for me to be able to eventually get to live comfortably with my level of OCD. Mentally speaking, that is. I get that, and I utterly accept it, accept it all times-a-million, in-fact . It’s just how it is. How it may always try and be. I have to continue on, though, because, well, the opposite of that with regards this particular kind of a disorder of the brain? Well.. you know the answer to that one, surely. And a friend of mine recently felt the utter courage and fear to have to do just such a thing with her life. I know no part of her really wanted that but the pain would have been too loud for her to have to deal with listening to it anymore, I can only imagine. I don’t ever want to feel like she would have had to feel to do that. Dearest Ali 💓 I never, E-V-E-R want to have to feel the outrageous level of mental AND physical pain I have felt with my OCD over the course of my life. I want to thrive, like nobody’s business, actually. I want to… ultimately bring the imbalance back to a place of manageable mental living. And I will. Truth is, I have to. 😊
