It is a trait of trust which will need it’s own… state of interpretation, for an OCD sufferer to be truly OKAY in living well with this disorder. A trust in their very own mind that goes SO VERY FAR beyond simply, let’s call it… being calm in any given situation, like most people will feel a general sudden need, perhaps, to apply. We don’t even have that. Nope, not by a long-shot. Times when it tries – the imbalance – to totally saturate your mind and brain. To take your thoughts and time over ENTIRELY. You’ll be doing the most mundane thing, even, when this occurs. Or maybe not. Maybe you’ll be juggling a few too many things at once. That’s okay too, of course, only that you’ll need to refer to that inner trust of mind and brain all of the more when this occurs. To go with it and it’ll feel like a fight until, well, it doesn’t exactly feel like so much of a fight anymore. That’s, in my instance and on my count… OKAY, let’s just go with a fair few decades this time, of utter… brain-fog and chronically continuous anxiety of the mind and brain. And to get to that particular place of necessary calm? You do it all, you keep busy, you rest, your run, you eat well, basically you LET IT ALONE even though something is informing you of UTTER disaster around the corner if you DO NOT FIGURE OUT EXACTLY WHAT IT IS!! It’s nothing, really. Just An Almighty iMbaLanCe 😊
