You shut them out and down. You don’t let them in, don’t let them have a moment of your time and mind. You just walk straight through it with a meek smile and maybe say: “OK.” I don’t needs any negativity in my life, or on my mind, and for both the OCD’s sake and my own personal sake. Which, of course, is OCD-based, too. You just… close your mind and thoughts off, you don’t let anything or anyone to, unknowingly-to-them, cause you to slip. You smile and KNOW ABOVE-ALL-ELSE that you have a good and honest and extremely capable mind. And that all you ever need to do is to utilise it as well and as comfortably as you can. Negativity in people is fine by me, really. I mean, each to their own past traumas and travails that might just have led to their present-day demeanour and, even, personality. Often enough they may even find themselves lying inside of a poem-piece. Would I call it writing that particular person out of my life? In a sense, yes. But, really, that’s just my mind with the writing side of things. My take on people and how they do act- with their aforementioned demeanours, etc. However, they are NONE OF MY BUSINESS. That is why everyone who is in my life, I see as utterly exceptional as a person at the core. The core is where it absolutely counts the most, for me. And they are also certainly worth their weight of gold, in my eyes. All of them. That’s it.
