OK. This is for all sufferers of any sort of mental-illness. To… help them on a seal-tight level, let’s try for, to be okay in themselves and at any given time period. I know what I have – a chronic, crippling, and long-lasting diagnosis of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, or ‘PURE O’, as mine is better known, even if it is rare as shit-sugar, and I am trying to figure-out what it is that I will need to do and at any given timeframe for my, let’s say, mental comfort to, ahem, comfortably… positively, even, outweigh the mental-illness that is in fact constantly occurring inside of my brain. But this isn’t just for me, not for a second! Even if an OCD sufferer might just need this particular ‘seal-tight’ sense of mental comfort and consistency in that particular vein more than most, and neither is that to make a naive and judgmentally incorrect comparison with just how complex other mental-illnesses might be for other people. I am just looking after myself, as well as anyone else might like to do for themselves, as I go with this thing. But, as I say, this is for others, too, that are trying to live as well as they can with both chronic and complex-only-ever-to-themselves mental-illnesses and attempting to oh, so positively, I am sure, go forward as strong as they can manage to handle because much more, shall we say, all-inclusive inroads NEED TO BE MADE, in my own opinion. Of course we cannot get inside of someone else’s head, and as a surefire result we are not able to match theirs for its pulsating and pulverising, in this instance, feelings and emotions, etc. so that we can even maybe manage at handling in our own right how to help them all of the more, and that does indeed feel like a shame to me. It is a shame, really, truth-be-told. But a mental-illness at its utter and most simplistically speaking core is an imbalanced brain, right? A brain utterly taken-to-task and at one level or the other. A brain not working correctly according to the usual protocol that’s supposed to be happening and, what is more, correctly inside of a balanced brain, when it comes to that same brain’s working mechanisms. And that, too, is of course a shame in its own… heartbreaking right. But how on earth to help these particular people, and that includes everyone really, of course, seeing as we all have heads and brains and minds motoring along as well and as nicely as can be… or otherwise. How to… be the ‘fix’ without there actually being any true fix, you could say? Not yet anyhow. The ‘fix’ that is more than enough for the suffer to dip into it WHENEVER the need WILL inevitably come a calling again. An utter attempt on my own personalised part and, because of just such a thing, utterly filled with a particularly high level of compassion and crazy insight regarding living as well as can be with an actual livid, SeeThinG mental-illness has to be better than not trying at all, right?
