It’s… OCD and that means it’s… beyond any real description, it just THAT bloody horrendously all based around a chemical imbalance that feeds an outlandish lie to the sufferer’s brain. That disaster IS in fact happening. That’s it. Forget the part where we end up being forced by our imbalanced brain to try and figure out what’s the problem happening, when that is the exact same as any person literally being tasked with trying to fix a chemical imbalance by, well, only ever being able to use the very same brain that is hugely imbalanced in the first place. To say a sufferer is incredible really is true. I say it, even if I have OCD, because, in truth, if I had a son like myself and he had OCD like I do, I’d be in awe every single second of every single day at what he has to contend with. All of the above mentioned, just a chemical imbalance wreaking outlandishly mixed up havoc on the brain. 🤷‍♂️ Maybe I need to be a different kind of proud, a different kind of… happy. I mean, I have it… loud and clear. I try and live with it… loud and not so clearly actually. I’ve done so much, and will do so much more, too. But I can’t just… turn it off. I respect the imbalance, whereas the fucking uproarious themes it creates in our brains and minds is utter fucking… Grade-A level mental discombobulation and complication. An out and out catastrophe of, and for, the mind. I need to keep going with focusing on the imbalance and nurturing it back to relative health and… well, let the rest just be there, like I’ve said a thousand times before as well as try and do a thousand times before, but… there needs to be more… for a sufferer like me, than having to just, I guess, to a large extent grin and bear it. I keep going, I keep trying to find a way to help someone else’s life if I can’t wholly help my own all of the time too, because I am truly scared for many OCD sufferers in the future. Heck, OCD sufferers right now! Scared of the TOTALLY unnecessary mind-prison that awaits them. The wasted everything for them, nearly. I need to help them. And that is only gonna get done by continuing to walk through a mental storm until, well, show me the other side of that for an OCD sufferer, please 👊
