We are honestly surviving something so very horrifyingly difficult and truly challenging, on our brain and mind. That’s OCD. Whichever level of pain-filled depth your particular disorder is at it’s still important to a) keep on telling yourself that you have OCD, a diagnosed and completely complex mental disorder, and b) keep doing all of the things you wanted to do anyway however difficult that might seem for you amidst all of this chaos of brain. And c) be determined like NEVER BEFORE because what you have lived with is… beyond anything anyone can surely even try to imagine for its strength of depth in mental anguish and inexplicable brain-lock, for its utter… loss of a truer and unprovoked-by-a-chemical-imbalance life, and d) watch all of the fucking movies you like to watch, ‘scribble-scrabble’ (NIIIIICE!!) away to your heart’s truest and most trustworthy content. Make it matter, just like you’ve always done with this thing. Oh, yeah… and SMILE, baby!!!! P.S. You’re a SUPERSTAR, just like all of your family and friends, too, for looking out for and after you all of these… well, yeah… decades ❤️
