With the OCD, it really is all in, all the time, and by all in, what I mean is the sufferer living as well as they possibly can while letting every single part of their imbalanced brain play ball. Now, for a very long time, and certainly for myself, that will have been an utterly impossible task to mentally handle, however with medication and… bewildering resilience time and time again to merely stay upright and in the game, even when that same imbalanced brain in distorted into so damn much unimaginable pain and anxiety, it still can be unfathomably impossible to live from day to day with this thing. But I do it because I have to and, what’s more, want to. Because I have to trust the people around me when they relay to me every single time that every single shitstorm this particular mental disorder is throwing at me, has always thrown at me, is utterly illogical. Illogical, illogical, ILLOGICAL. There can be no more explaining on the part of the OCD sufferer, we need to, and deserve to, utterly live our one life out-loud as best we can, no two ways about that. No two fucking ways, baby! Also, I need to follow and trust my own mind with this ❤️
