We, as sufferers of OCD, walk through everything in a mental instance just so as to stay upright. We push ourselves through a million situations and with that very same cloak and dagger mental imbalance running the gamut beneath it all. That’s how it is and that’s, probability has it, how it will continue to be for the most part of us. OCD is as insatiable and unsuspecting for the sufferer as any mental illness can surely be. It’s a monster, no two ways. A mental monster. It’s its own whole spectrum, actually. As many people have said before. An OCD sufferer is searching for not just mental normalcy but a chance at actually mentally… thinking straight, thinking right. We, as sufferers, aren’t looking for anything at all other than utter… mental calm. And what we have to do to get to there, to THAT place, even extremely rarely as it is for us, is… a perversely difficult thing to achieve. The proof as to that level of living, seething difficulty, unfortunately for us sufferers, is living only ever inside of our heads and for us to deal with as best we mentally can and at any given time ❤️
