We are the one’s who are unequivocally tasked with… un-attaching the theme, or themes, which have latched onto our OCD imbalance with time. Strengthening themes over the years and even decades which are totally illogical but… feel more than a hundred-percent REAL in our imbalanced brains. To live well and comfortably with OCD, we as the sufferers NEED to believe in ourselves SO BLOODY DAMN HARD, to believe in our basically broken and misfiring brain, as we attempt to make… maybe even a miracle of the mind happen, in us aforesaid getting to live with this mental illness to a comfortable extent – wherein we will need the theme to become notably unattached from our brain’s workings. To date and over the history so far of OCD sufferers, it actually appears most probably easier for a person to achieve, it seems, if we have to compare it all to another high-end human endeavour, solving the answer to an absurdly difficult mathematical sum, or however the hell that’s supposed to be said. And even at that, it is being eventually achieved by a non-mathematical mind 🫣
