Thursday. Scribbling away at my own chosen pace, took the boys for a decent walk, bumped into and had a fairly long chat about stuff in general with Paddy Duggan. Lovely fella but certainly appears very hard on himself confidence wise. Had lunch of pulled ham wrap at The Perfect Cup. Wrap very tasty but a little small, minuscule amount of coleslaw and lettuce, kinda drives me mad a bit to be fair. Going to the city with Phil to pick up the portrait of ‘The Manse’ that was done last week for Pauline. That’ll be cool to see. Chat with Phil earlier this morning, he’s doing good, such a caring and aware person and impressive how he tries to take care of his own mind. Great to listen to and take tips from and to try and adapt to my own mindset going forward 💪 😊 Will always have his back with anything but also, fairly importantly right about now I feel, whenever he and Aoife might need to call on me to look after Ruadh, who’s starting to walk right now actually. Little legend’s finding his wings then! Yay for him 🎉
