I’ve to go all of the way in with this. All the time and it’s gonna feel so bloody surreal and so petrifying and so, so very wrong, for me to simply let my mind find its way back to belonging. Back to normal. That’s OCD – that the job which a chronic sufferer is pitted with on a daily basis. Quite often, too, a minute to minute basis. Today I’m cutting the lawn in Courtmacsherry for Dad, weeding the hedges, and whatever else may need doing for them. I have my Le Bron book with me in case I get a little caught up in OCDLand. Still very hard to actually get to take any of that book’s information on. Anyhow. Friday, 21st July, 2023 – living with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Plan on coming home after Courtmac and having a good long run, shower, stretch, then…. Well, watch a movie, maybe. Might like to see that one called The Mandela Effect. Intrigued enough by it anyhow. Coman’s kinda right what he said yesterday to me, about the world being my oyster. I know it was just a throwaway comment, really, on his part but I’ve also known it to always been extremely true of me deep-down. Just that I have a lot further to go than most people so as to realise such a thing as that and to actually get to go about putting it into action 😊 👊 Only love ❤️ Basically you are challenged with stating down the barrel of a gun called OCD – the most illogical and irrational mental disorder imaginable. I’m happy to stare: hard, harsh, determined, and happily as I can manage.
