What if all that you know is utter mental fear? And what if you also know exactly what to do to live well with that mental disorder triggering the fear in the first place? And what if it tends to not work out time and again owing to its utter out-and-out intensity? What if, really, it is all very rational and easy-going and hard-working at times out there and utterly fun-filled depending on the kind of mindset you have always nurtured and taught well even amidst the OCD onslaught? What if… you are fighting an outlandishly illogical imbalance of the brain and what if it is perversely effed up with regards what it does to your mind at this stage? And what if you never had any iota of interest in anything whatsoever other than being yourself and not searching for constant understanding, even if understanding is utterly needed and necessary with this particular mental illness, for both you and those nearest and dearest to you? A cake walk? Hell no. What you will always have to have is the unthinkable ability to sit with the imbalance and to recognise that that is all it is, and for the rest to, well, just happen. To fall into place or whatever happens outside of a person’s brain and mind. And what if your mind has been tricked and distorted into not having a clue as to its very own natural outlook, its very own natural abilities and personable ways? Well, you do the same thing as you’ve always done for yourself. You march on and bring the whole thing with you every single day and you smile… because THAT is precisely what your magnificently resilient mind automatically tends to go for. A huge smile and a happy head and the willingness to go above and beyond with regards everything in your life 😃 I was never, ever unhappy or such a thing as sad, just outlandishly caught up with this mental disorder and always, always doing my best to allay it, for myself and hopefully others too in the future.
