Okay, so. Tonight between about eight 0’ clock and half-ten I ended up scribbling… four poem-pieces. Basically, then, that’s half-an-hour per poem-piece 😊 Anyhow. I assume without OCD interfering with almost everything in my mind, that’s how a normal evening might end up going… how it did end up going. So, yeah, the OCD sufferer’s brain is too busied all of the time, it seems, for them to even be able to remember, or recall, at all that they actually are suffering from a mental-illness in the first place. I’m hugely worried about that fact alone, that the brain and mind, whichever really, seem to totally time-out time and time again, as in the brain appears to be far too busied owing to the complexity and, therefore, many levels of mind-distorting idiosyncrasies of the imbalance for the sufferer to even be able to truly build on their successful exposures and to, well, yeah, improve their mental-health with this illness enough to live comfortably with it going forward. Enough to not have their brain placing their mind in mind-destroying mental anguish again and again, is what I mean. That’s really worrisome in and of itself, for me and for many, many others too, of course.
